Wear On Earth has an exceptional reputation for having high quality merchandise on our shelves and racks.  

To continue these services to our customers please have all clothing items washed or dry-cleaned, pressed, folded neatly

or, if prone to wrinkles, on hangers.  “Ready to sell and ready for a customer to wear out of the store.”

 

Not acceptable include unclean, torn, stained, musty or smoke smelling items, clothing with

missing buttons, badly worn or of inferior quality.  All items are subject to available space in inventory. 

Wear On Earth reserves the right to refuse consignment of any item.

 

ALL ITEMS must be checked in by our cashier.  Abandoned items will be donated. 

We do not accept items on SATURDAYS, but we DO ACCEPT ITEMS Monday thru Friday between 10:00 to 5:30 and

SUNDAY from Noon to 3:30.

 

Pricing All items are priced by Wear On Earth and kept for a contract period of 60 to 90 days. 

If you choose to PICK UP your items, you must pick them up by the last day of your contract period.  No exceptions!

You must locate your items on the floor; bring them to the cashier so that we can take them out of the data base. 

We cannot help you pull your items.

 

SPLIT The consignor will receive 40% of the selling price after the buyer’s fee and taxes have been subtracted. 

 

BUYERS FEE: There is a buyer’s fee paid by the purchaser for each item consigned at the time of sale.

The selling price is $3.00   you will receive 40% of $2.75   ($2.75 to $5.00= $0.25BF)

The selling price is $10.50 you will receive 40% of $10.00 ($5.01 to $10.00= $0.50BF)

The selling price is $26.00 you will receive 40% of $25.00 (10.01 to 25.00= $1.00 BF)

The selling price is $50.00 you will receive 40% of $49.00 ($25.01 up = $2.00 BF)

 

PERIODIC SALES will apply to all consigned items throughout 60 to 90 day contract period.

 

CONSIGNMENT PAYMENTS We pay by cash so you can collect your monies anytime during store hours on a

“first come first serve basis” (paying customers should always be rung up first).

It is your responsibility to pick up your account cash or use your store credit within one year from the item drop off date.

No notice will be sent.

Please do not phone in for your account balance or to check to see if your items have sold…instead…

“Please, come visit us at the store”.

 

Unsold Items

When the contract is designated as "PICK UP," items must be picked up within one (1) day of contract expiration. 

(Example: If your contract ends on December 31, your unclaimed items will be pulled on January 1^st).  

All unsold items become property of Wear On Earth and may be disposed of at consignee's discretion. 

 

NOTICE All consignments are at owner's risk.  Wear On Earth is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise

due to fire, water, vandalism, theft or negligent handling by customers.
